A moderately difficult mountain tour on the "King of the Graswang Valley".
This popular route to the Scheinbergspitze leads on a path through beautiful mountain forest and then to a panoramic summit.

Directions
At the summer car park at the Scheinbergspitz, between Stockgraben and "Bei den seven Springs", follow the forest road north up the mountain. In the first big one Left turn branches a small one Path in the mountain forest away. This winds its way in switchbacks always uphill until you reach some 500 meters in altitude mountain pine fields open meadows .

The descent takes place via the same route as the ascent.

Author's tip
After the tour, visit the Gardens of Linderhof Palace. It is very quiet here, especially in the evening, and there is a fairytale atmosphere. (Palace park is not closed at night)
