Soier See - Swimming in Bayersoien 

Going for a spin on the Soier See in a rowing boat - it doesn't just make children's hearts beat faster.

You can rent rowing boats from the Fischerhäusl, which is located directly on the south side of Lake Soier, from May 01st. The season ends on October 31st, possibly earlier due to weather conditions.

For KönigsCard holders, the first hour of boat rental is free.

Boat rental prices (max. 4 people):

• €4,00 for the first half hour (€3,00 with guest card)
• €2,00 for each additional ½ hour (€1,50 with guest card)

Sport fishing is permitted at Soier See. However, every fisherman needs a state fishing license from the responsible authority of residence as well as the fishing permit from the issuing office!

• Half-day ticket €7,50 (for guests with a guest card and residents of the Ammergau Alps and Pfaffenwinkel Nature Park €5,00; card valid 05:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m. or 13:00 p.m. - 21:00 p.m.)
• Day ticket €12,00 (for guests with a guest card and residents of the Ammergau Alps and Pfaffenwinkel Nature Park €10,00; card valid 05:00 a.m. - 21:00 p.m.)
• Weekly ticket €50,00 (for guests with a guest card and residents of the Ammergau Alps Nature Park and Pfaffenwinkel €40,00)

Fishing boats

There are 3 fishing boats available at a price of €7,50 for 1/2 day (05:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m. or 13:00 p.m. - 21:00 p.m., reduced €5,00) and €12,00, reduced €10,00 for the whole day.

The Tickets are available at the ticket machine near Fischerhäusl.
