Would you like to go hiking, but don't feel like having to worry about finding a parking space? Then the ring bus is a good, cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to your car. There is a lot on offer, from challenging mountain tours to circular paths along lakes and beautiful huts to stop off at. Along the bus route you will find everything your heart desires!

 

1st stop: Ettaler Klostergasthof

In addition to a visit to the Ettal monastery with its distillery, brewery and cheese dairy, there are also a number of hiking routes around the monastery with different levels of difficulty. If you want something a little more comfortable, you can go to the viewing point Ox seat go to 1515m. This offers a panoramic view of the monastery and is therefore perfectly worth the climb. If you still want to go further, you can do so via the Brick tip (1719m) up to Notkarspitze. From here you not only have a magnificent view of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, but also of the Zugspitze. There is also a path from the Notkarspitze down to the Ettaler Mühle, which means you can walk a circular route. There is another stop here too. The route is 14km, 1100hm and is classified as medium difficulty. However, caution is advised here as there is often still snow here even in spring.

 

2nd stop: Graswang Brandwiese

The hike to the Ammergauer is suitable as a full-day tour Cross lace, the highest mountain in the German part of the Ammergebirge and the Ammergau Alps Nature Park. 4th stop: Parking lot

5th stop: Plansee
