Experience bees live – educational event at the demonstration apiary (for children)

What is life like in a beehive? Where does the queen hide, and how can you tell the difference between drones and worker bees? Josef Keller from the Rottenbuch Beekeeping Association opens the doors to the fascinating realm of bees for us – right at the demonstration apiary in Schönegg.

With professional protective suits, you can get up close and experience the fascinating activity inside the hive firsthand – without any fear of stings. Whether you're looking for the queen, admiring the honeycomb, or simply want to learn more about the life of bees: there's amazing knowledge here for young and old!

Since we only have a limited number of protective suits available, registration is absolutely necessary.

Please note:
Sturdy shoes and long clothing are required. The event lasts approximately 2 hours.
