Sound Evening - Sound to Silence

Deep relaxation and sound experience with overtone-rich sound instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, etc.
Let yourself be touched by the different sound frequencies and feel how your body resonates with the vibrations.
The relaxation evening takes place while lying down. Please bring a mat to lie on, a blanket, comfortable clothing, and a small pillow.
Suitable for those interested in relaxation aged 18 and over.
