RadKulTour Königsrunde - guided e-bike tour

 KING'S CARD you can take part in one of two guided tours every week for free and also get a free e-bike from one of the many Rental stations in the Ammertal. 

Experience the cultural and natural treasures of the Ammergau Alps Nature Park by e-bike! We'll take you on an unforgettable guided bike tour along the region's most beautiful cycle paths. On Thursdays, we head out onto the... King's round: from Oberammergau through the Graswangtal to Linderhof Royal Castle and ins Ettal Monastery. There, an exclusive monastery tour awaits you, which will take you to rooms in the monastery that cannot be visited on a normal tour.

touring characterThe tour leads along a well-developed cycle path through the beautiful Graswang valley, through the directly adjacent Weidmoos nature reserve, and you will experience a rare and untouched flora and fauna.

tour lengthApprox. 35 km, 300 meters of elevation gain

road surface: low-traffic gravel and asphalt roads

Duration of the entire tour including program items: 10 am to 16 pm -> 6 hours

Königscard: The Königscard must be scanned at the relevant tourist information office before the tour. Otherwise, the total amount of €29,00 per person will be charged.

Minimum participants: from 3 people

Weather: Following the motto "There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing," the tour takes place in all weather conditions, except in cases of severe weather or extreme heavy rain. We will notify you of any cancellations by email or phone.

Village Street 3, Oberammergau, 9:45 a.m., start 10:00 a.m.
Please check in at the tourist information office a quarter of an hour before the start; your Königscard will be scanned there before the tour, otherwise the normal amount will be due.

Bicycle: The e-bike is not included in the offer. An e-bike is required for participation.

E-bikes can also be rented at the Tourist Information offices in Bad Bayersoien or Bad Kohlgrub.
