Peat cutting - an old craft

Experience the hard work of a peat cutter and watch him at work. If you're interested, you can even try this craft yourself.
You will learn exciting facts about the origins of the moor landscapes as well as the current use of the moor as a natural remedy.
 The event will only take place in dry weather.

No registration required. Participation is free, voluntary donations are gratefully accepted.

Meeting point at the peat cutting site on Haselbachweg at 18:00 p.m.Please note that the peat bog is approximately a 20-minute walk from the nearest car park (1,4 km).
