Vitality and leisure pool
The Vitality and Leisure Pool of the Kristall Therme Kochel am See offers Alpine bathing fun for the whole family – with a fantastic view over Lake Kochel and the mountain panorama of the Herzogstand.
Inside, you'll find a 34°C warm baby pool and a 32°C warm children's pool, the bubbling crystal grotto (approx. 32°C), a large activity pool, and the 80-meter-long "Karwendelblitz" tube slide. Outside, a covered family pool (34°C) and direct access to Lake Kochel are available year-round.
In summer (May to September), a spacious outdoor area for sunbathing and relaxation complements the facilities. You can also enjoy the 160-meter-long outdoor water slide "Kochelexpress," the 27-meter-long pool with a diving tower, and a children's pool. A wide wooden walkway leads directly to Lake Kochel – ideal for cooling off on hot days.
Swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire Vitality and Leisure Bath and in the outdoor area.

Wellness spa
The thermal baths are a completely clothing-optional area. Every Wednesday and Sunday is our clothing-optional and family day. On these days, you can use the water areas in the wellness thermal baths, excluding the 12% brine pool, with or without swimwear. The saunas remain clothing-optional. Children and babies are also permitted entry, including sauna use and access to the brine pools, on these days.
Generally, entry to the thermal baths is permitted from the age of 16, except on textile and family days.
