Mountain tour - Hinteres Hörnle from Grafenaschau

The hike starts from the parking lot Sports field in Grafenaschau out of. To the west of the town, after just under a kilometer, turn right. Follow that Maximilianweg in Richtung Posterior hornle. Above the Rißgraben the view opens up and the path to the summit is not far. If you want to stop off, it's worth taking a detour from the Hinterer Hörnle Hörnlehütte. You should plan an additional walk of around 45 minutes to get there and back to the hut. It's only a stone's throw from the rear Hörnle to the bull's head. Nevertheless, it is worth taking a short break at this point, as the view from the meadow slopes of the Stierkopf into the Ammergauer is particularly impressive. On the left you will find the path across the meadow towards Drei Marken. Once you have reached the Drei Marken, follow the path to the left again back to Grafenaschau. In Grafenaschau itself you can take a coffee break in the village shop or reward yourself with delicious cake in Café Habersetzer.
