Bus stop: Altenau Säge (6 minutes walk to the starting point)

9606 Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Oberammergau - Wieskirche - Füssen

Follow the village road towards the center of town, after the church the road bends to the right and continues straight ahead. Continue walking until Dorfstrasse turns into Saulgruber Strasse. You will find a parking space on your right-hand side. From there you can start the tour.

Train stop: Altenau train station (8 minutes walk to the starting point)

Murnau - Bad Kohlgrub - Oberammergau

Leave the station in a northwesterly direction. When you reach the village road, follow it westwards. After the church the road bends to the right and continues straight. Continue walking until Dorfstrasse turns into Saulgruber Strasse. You will find a parking space on your right-hand side. From there you can start the tour.
