Snowshoe hike - Hinteres Hörnle

Please be considerate of the skiers descending and always ascend at the edges of the piste.

From the Hörnlehütte go over that Front horns. Now you climb a little downhill and past the Hörnle-Alm to go back a few hundred meters to the opposite side Posterior horns to ascend

Back to the Hörnlehütte you take the same path, but without climbing back up to the Vordere Hörnle.

After a rest at the Hörnlehütte, you can hike down into the valley on the same route or take the Hörnle cable car (please note: the cable car is not in operation until mid-2026 due to renovation work).

You can also visit the Zeitberg with its panoramic cinema above the Hörnlebahn mountain station. There you can also lock your cell phone in a locker and relax and enjoy the mountain panorama.
