Moritz the Wolpertinger, like most Wolpertingers, is quite shy around humans. At night he goes swimming in the moorland pond, and during the day he sleeps in his Wolpertinger burrow in the bog. Can you find him?

Directions
The hike starts at the Bad Kohlgrub sports field. Follow the railway embankment to reach the Rochus Chapel and soon after, the Bad Kohlgrub moorland nature trail. Follow the nature trail to the moorland Kneipp pool. Here, getting your feet dirty is encouraged!
The trail continues past moorland ponds and old cable excavators through the peat bog. Peat was once extracted here for the spas. Through woods and meadows in the Rochusfeld area, you'll reach Kehrer Straße and from there return to the starting point.
