Directions
Starting in the Sägertal valley, you initially climb relatively steadily to the Bäckenalm saddle. This section is ideal for getting into a rhythm and is mostly easily runnable.
From the Kenzenhütte onwards, things get serious: The ascent to the Krähe is steep, technical and partly exposed.
The subsequent transition towards Hochplatte offers alpine trail running at its finest: narrow paths and spectacular views down into the valley provide an intense experience.
With the Hasentalkopf, one last summit awaits before the easily walkable return route to the Sägertal and back to the starting point begins.
