From the starting point, your first steps take you to the south bank of the Soier See along to the junction “Bad Kohlgrub via Geizenmoos”. You now hike through a beautiful moorland landscape, which is particularly attractive when covered in snow, and enjoy wonderful views towards the Ammergau mountains. Steles provide support along the way HAIKU poems for literary entertainment. After about 6,5 km you will reach the town on the northern outskirts of Bad Kohlgrub St. Rochus Chapel. Take a look inside! About the "Rochusfeld felt“, a mining area of the Bad Kohlgruber Heilmoor, we continue along the road towards Saulgrub. Follow the path through the underpass and then walk parallel to the B 23 until the path leads you over a bridge, after which you keep right. You have to cross the main road once before you continue on the road "old street" leads to Bad Bayersoien. Shortly before your destination you reach it Seebichl. The view over Lake Soier and the town from here is truly breathtaking. Then we continue leisurely towards the starting point.

From Soier See in Bad Bayersoien follow the hiking signs (blue snowflake with number 13) through Geizenmoos Richunt Bad Kohlgrub. You return to Bad Bayersoien via the Werdenau Forest.
