Directions

From the parking lot directly at the Bürgersaal in Saulgrub, hike along the Höhenweg to the Gasthof Acheleschwaig. You return to Saulgrub via Achelestrasse. At the hamlet of Achele, depending on the snow and clearing conditions, you have the option of walking about 20 minutes further to the Kammerl power plant and a few minutes further to Scheibum, the Ammer rock breakthrough.
