The forester's house was 1763 Built as a private house by curate priest Joseph Ignaz Daser (1724 – 85) and bequeathed it to the Ettal monastery after his death. From 1785 – 1803 it was the Ettaler Richterhaus, 1803 it was in Bavaria. State ownership over. 1803 – 30: When it became the so-called “prelate’s house”, Montgelas, among others, stayed overnight in 1815 and the Bavarians in 1820. King Max I Joseph.
