Votive church built by the community after the devastating plague epidemic in 1633/1634 in what was then the plague cemetery; dedicated to the plague saint St. Rochus.
In 1733 it was expanded on behalf of the community by Josef Dirt, as it had become too small for the many pilgrims, and was equipped with delicate latticework, bandwork and floral garland stucco in the flat clay vault. The high altar, built in 1733, has the figure of the Immaculata, with figures of St. Roch and St. Sebastian standing to the side, and the crescent moon Madonna (around 1480) stands under the gallery. Ceiling frescoes illustrate the Roch legend (18th century). The little church with the pretty onion dome was completely restored in 1983. The old plague cemetery is now a new community cemetery.
The Rochus Chapel is not freely accessible to visitors. This means that the main door to a small anteroom is open, but the chapel is then blocked off by a partition. Guests can only view the chapel through this partition.
