Churches/chapels
The Church of St. Francis stands on a hill on the Römerweg.

The Church of St. Francis was built in 1858 in the neo-Gothic style and inaugurated on August 27, 1860 by Archbishop Gregor von Scherr. Until 1858 there was a Holy Cross Chapel on the same site, which was built in 1723 and renovated in 1777. This small chapel fell victim to the new church building. The patron saint of the church is St. Francis of Assisi. The interior is only partially preserved and was supplemented by new fixtures in the 18th and 19th centuries. The Mount of Olives picture, the Stations of the Cross and the reverse glass pictures from this period date from the 18th century. The altar for the mass and the baptismal font were only installed in the 1990s. The high altar is located on the east wall of the choir, with the statue of the church patron forming the centerpiece.
