Directions
Your starting point is this Tourist Information Bad Bayersoien in the town center. From there turn left into the “Burnplace”, and continue straight towards Fairground to Hamlet Saliter.
Here it goes over the Oh and a little uphill towards it Hamlet lime kiln. Shortly before Kalkofen, take the left-hand bend and turn sharply right onto a forest path. It goes steeply downhill there. You cross the Ach again and drive steeply uphill to a fork.
Keeping left there, we go through the forest again over the Ach and to the Hamlets fire and Harberg over. The path now takes you to Uffing on a shady mule track. In the center of town, turn right onto Seestrasse, along which you will find some of the most beautiful swimming spots on Lake Staffelsee.
To return, you drive back to the beginning of the town you passed before, but now keeping to the right, the rest of the route takes you on a tarred side road with a few longer climbs Schöffau. At the church you must turn left, past the hamlet of Kalkofen and continue to the hamlet of Saliter. From here you are back on the familiar path and return to Bad Bayersoien via Kirmesau.
